Logging on You can use this page to log on to the main Gbooks system. Enter your User Name and Password. You also need to either enter or check your Firm ID depending on whether this information has already been saved. Click LOG IN once all three fields are correct.
User Name and Password Enter the User Name and Password supplied for your own Gbooks account. If you do not know these details, contact the person within your firm who manages Gbooks users.
Firm ID The Firm ID identifies your firm. You will normally only need to enter it when it has not already been remembered by your browser, or when it changes. Your Gbooks user administrator can provide the correct Firm ID.
Changing the Firm ID If a Firm ID is already shown, click the [edit] link beside it to change it. Enter the correct Firm ID before clicking LOG IN.
Remember me You can select "Remember me" to store your logon details.
Problems logging on If Gbooks reports that your Firm ID is not valid, obtain the correct ID from your Gbooks user administrator. If your account has been locked, contact the person within your firm who manages users and permissions to regain access.
